• Liliana Hunter

    Liliana Hunter, founder and co-owner of Orion Strategic Solutions, LLC, serves as its President and COO. A veteran of the United States Navy and a proven business leader, Liliana brings over 17 years of operational and management expertise to the company.

    A graduate of Regent University's School of Business, Liliana earned a bachelor's degree in Business Management and holds certification as a Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-CP).

    During her Naval career, Liliana deployed to the Central Command and Pacific Command theaters, where she played a critical role in supporting Carrier Strike Group operations. She oversaw vital fleet and tactical communications, contributing to the success of missions including Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom.

    After her military service, Liliana transitioned into the business sector, where she sharpened her operational and leadership skills. As Director of Human Resources at AVMAC LLC, she managed HR operations for a workforce of over 400 personnel supporting federal contracts nationwide.

    Since founding Orion Strategic Solutions, LLC in 2019, Liliana has prioritized delivering efficient, practical solutions to meet complex operational challenges. As COO, she combines her expertise in operational leadership with talent management strategies to optimize team performance and ensure the seamless delivery of services to clients.

  • Jennifer Eckerle

    Jennifer Eckerle assumed the role of Accounting Manager at Orion Strategic Solutions, LLC in 2022, where she oversees all aspects of company accounting and plays a key role in coordinating annual audit and tax filings. With a background in both military service and accounting expertise, Jennifer brings a unique perspective to her role.

    Originally from Cincinnati, Jennifer served honorably in the U.S. Navy for 11 years as a Personnel Specialist before transitioning to civilian life in 2020. During her military service, she pursued her passion for accounting and earned her associate degree in accounting from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Currently, Jennifer is completing her Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.

    Before joining Orion, Jennifer gained valuable experience in various accounting and project management positions at BAE Systems. Her time there equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of finance operations and project management methodologies.

    Jennifer provides exceptional accounting support to Orion's employees and is committed to upholding the highest standards of financial integrity and accuracy. Her blend of military discipline and accounting proficiency makes her a valuable asset to the Orion team, and she is instrumental in contributing to the company's continued success.

  • Chad Vance

    Originally from Frankenmuth, Michigan, Chad enlisted in the United States Navy in 1996 as an Aviation Electrician’s Mate.

    During his enlisted career, he completed tours at AIMD Norfolk, SEAOPDET NAS Oceana, AIMD Oceana, and aboard USS Bataan. In 2009, he was commissioned as an Aviation Maintenance Chief Warrant Officer, subsequently serving at USS Nimitz, USS Theodore Roosevelt, VFA‑106, VFA‑143, and completing two tours at FRC Mid‑Atlantic Oceana.

    Joining Orion Strategic Solutions in March 2026 as its Operations Manager, he brings 30 years of operational- and intermediate-level naval aviation maintenance experience to the team.

    In his spare time, he enjoys woodworking, golfing, and attending musical festivals.
