Aircraft Painter Services

  • Prepares surfaces and applies coatings

  • Applies various epoxy primers, lacquers, enamels, and polyurethanes using conventional and air-assisted spray

  • Makes and applies stencils for lettering and decoration

  • Inspects small parts and removes foreign material that interferes with paint adhesion

  • Performs any surface preparatory treatment as required

  • Reads and interprets blueprints, maintenance manuals, maintenance procedure cards, service bulletins, technical data, engineering data, and other specifications

  • Cleans surface in preparation of sealing, masking, stripping, sanding, priming, applying design layout, including preparing stencils, lettering blocks, decals, and insignias

  • Performs other painter services as required (FEMA Trailer)
