Liliana Hunter, founder and co-owner of Orion Strategic Solutions, LLC, serves as its President, and CEO. She is a veteran of the United States Navy and an accomplished businesswoman with over 17 years of business and management experience.

A graduate of Regent University's School of Business, Liliana holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and is a Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

During her Naval career, Liliana deployed to the Central Command and Pacific Command theaters, where she played a pivotal role in supporting Carrier Strike Group operations by overseeing critical fleet and tactical communications for missions including Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Following her naval career, Liliana transitioned into the business world, where she refined her skills as a leader and manager. As the Director for Human Resources at AVMAC LLC, she oversaw HR operations for over 400 personnel supporting federal contracts across the United States.

Liliana's dedication to service led her to establish Orion Strategic Solutions, LLC in 2019. With a vision to provide strategic solutions to challenging problems, she is committed to solidifying the company's position as a trusted industry leader.

In her role as CEO, Liliana leads with passion and integrity, guiding Orion Strategic Solutions towards new heights of success and ensuring unparalleled service to its customers.

Stefani serves as the co-owner and Chief Operating Officer of Orion Strategic Solutions, LLC. She is both a veteran of the United States Navy and an experienced attorney with over 24 years of leadership and management experience.

Her diverse professional journey began with nearly a decade in the United States Navy as a linguist and intelligence analyst. This formative experience honed her skills in analysis, process optimization, and mission-focused operations.

After her service in the Navy, Stefani pursued higher education, earning a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University before attending Regent University School of Law.

After her career as an attorney, Stefani moved into her current role as COO. Here, Stefani oversees all internal business operations, talent management, and contracting performance, ensuring Orion consistently exceeds client expectations while upholding the highest standards.

Stefani leverages her unique blend of military, legal, and strategic expertise to drive operational excellence and strategic vision.

In her free time, Stefani enjoys coaching her daughters' softball teams and gardening.

Jennifer Eckerle assumed the role of Accounting Manager at Orion Strategic Solutions, LLC in 2022, where she oversees all aspects of company accounting and plays a key role in coordinating annual audit and tax filings. With a background in both military service and accounting expertise, Jennifer brings a unique perspective to her role.

Originally from Cincinnati, Jennifer served honorably in the U.S. Navy for 11 years as a Personnel Specialist before transitioning to civilian life in 2020. During her military service, she pursued her passion for accounting and earned her associate degree in accounting from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Currently, Jennifer is completing her Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.

Before joining Orion, Jennifer gained valuable experience in various accounting and project management positions at BAE Systems. Her time there equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of finance operations and project management methodologies.

Jennifer provides exceptional accounting support to Orion's employees and is committed to upholding the highest standards of financial integrity and accuracy. Her blend of military discipline and accounting proficiency makes her a valuable asset to the Orion team, and she is instrumental in contributing to the company's continued success.
